九.作品征集要求::

1.2002年以来创作的,未参加过其他和未在正式刊物上发表的剪纸作品,均可以参展.

2.参赛作品题材/形式不限/规格在对开以内即可.作品内容要求健康/向上.

3.寄送作品时附作者的基本情况,艺术成就简介.获得省级以上奖项获者出版过专著的请附获奖证书的复印件或者专著样本.

4.剪纸艺术文化论坛,主题内容有:

(1)民间剪纸艺术与构建社会主义和谐社会;)

(2)民间剪纸艺术与地域经济的发展;

(3)剪纸艺术文化产品的产业化发展道路;

(4)旅游与剪纸产业化
